Wait List to open for 5 Bedroom Units at Harbor Cove Homes
Columbia Housing will accept pre-applications for 5 bedroom units at the newly renovated Harbor Cove Homes beginning at 8:00 am on Monday, October 5, 2026 until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Only 5 bedroom units are available. Up to 250 qualified applicants will be selected via lottery for placement on the waiting list.
Applications will only be available via the internet and will only be accepted digitally. You must meet eligibility requirements for a 5 bedroom unit to qualify for this wait list.
This property is located at 100 Cardamon Court, Columbia, SC 29203 and was formerly known as Bayberry Mews and Capital Heights.
Completing an application does not guarantee placement on the waitlist. Not all households who apply will be eligible. The final waitlist will be determined using a random lottery.
Waitlist lottery results are final and are not subject to appeal. Households not selected for this waitlist may reapply when the waitlist opens again. Information regarding the date, time and place of future waitlist openings will be posted in advance on this website: columbiahousingsc.org
