Wait list to open for 2 bedroom units at Schoolhouse Rd. Apartments

Columbia Housing will open the wait list for Schoolhouse Road Apartments on Monday, February 9, 2026. The property is located at 2807 Schoolhouse Road, Columbia, SC 29205. Applications will be accepted online only from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. 2-bedroom units are available.

Applicants for this property will be selected using a computer-generated lottery system, up to 200 applicants will be selected using the lottery system.

Completing a pre-application does not guarantee placement on the waitlist, and not all households that apply will be eligible for placement. The final waitlist will be determined using a random lottery. Applicants not selected in the lottery will not proceed in the process. Those who were selected will be notified by mail of their status. Waitlist lottery results are final and cannot be appealed. Households not selected for this waitlist may reapply when the waitlist opens again. Information regarding the date, time, and place of future waitlist openings will be posted in advance on this website: columbiahousingsc.org

To check your status, applicants can log in to www.waitlistcheck.com using their user ID and password. You must remember your unique code and your password.
