The Urban Land Institute SC is hosting a discussion on the Oaks at St. Anna's Park.
The 285-unit, mixed-income neighborhood is currently being built on the former site of Gonzales Gardens, the oldest public housing community in Columbia prior to its demolition in 2017.
The panel discussion will feature key members of the development team; Yvonda Bean (Columbia Housing), Ward Mungo (Ward Mungo Construction), and Matt Davis (Davis Architecture).
