Columbia Housing will accept pre-applications for Harbor Cove Homes from midnight Thursday, January 22, 2026 until 11:59 pm on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Columbia Housing will accept pre-applications for Lorick Place Apartments from midnight Thursday, January 22, 2026 until 11:59 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

2 and 3 bedroom units available. Up to 250 qualified applicants will be selected via lottery for placement on the wait list.

Completing a pre-application does not guarantee placement on the waitlist, and not all households that apply will be eligible for placement. The final waitlist will be determined using a random lottery. Applicants not selected in the lottery will not proceed in the process. Those who were selected will be notified by mail of their status. Waitlist lottery results are final and cannot be appealed. Households not selected for this waitlist may reapply when the waitlist opens again. Information regarding the date, time, and place of future waitlist openings will be posted in advance on this website: columbiahousingsc.org
