CH to open Wait Lists on Monday, December 18, 2023

Columbia Housing will accept online applications for the following Public Housing properties from 8:00 am Monday, December 18 until 5:00 pm Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

* Oak Read High Rise

** Arrington Manor

** Rosewood Senior High Rise

Three Bedroom Public Housing Units

Applications will only be available electronically via the internet. The online application and additional information will be located at:

www.columbiahousingsc.org

Click on Housing then Apply for Housing.

* Only applicants 62 years of age will be accepted but only qualifying applicants for each property will be eligible.

** Only applicants 50 years of age and older will be eligible for Arrington Manor and Rosewood Senior High Rise.

Up to 500 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait list.
