Wait List to Open for the Oaks at St. Anna's Park on 10.11.2023

Columbia Housing will open the wait list on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm for 2 and 3 bedroom units at the Oaks at St. Anna's Park. 

Oaks at St. Anna's Park is the redevelopment of the former Gonzales Gardens public housing site and is a new mixed income community that offers both affordable housing units with Project Based Vouchers and unrestricted Market Rate units. Oaks at St. Anna's Park has been developed under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

You must meet income and family size requirements to qualify for these units.

Former Gonzales Gardens residents as of December 15, 2015 will receive a preference if they wish to move back to the new community. Qualified former Gonzales Gardens residents as of December 15, 2015 will move to the top of the waiting list for the new units at the Oaks at St. Anna's Park.

** Up to 250 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait list. **
