Columbia Housing will accept online applications for the following properties beginning Monday, July 26, 2021 at 9:00 am until Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 4:00 pm:

Lorick Place 

Lorick Place Apartments are located 3800 West Ave, Columbia, SC 29203.  This community consists of 2 & 3 bedroom units.

The Village at River's Edge

The Village at River's Edge are located off of Pearl Street in the 29203 area.  This community consists of 2 & 3 bedroom units.

Maybelle Court Apartments

Maybelle Court Apartments are located at 1 Maybelle Court, Columbia, SC 29203.  This community consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.

Heyward Street Apartments

Heyward Street Apartments are located in the 29205 area.  This community consists of 2 bedroom units.

Four Seasons Apartments 

Four Seasons Apartments are located at 2807 School House Rd, Columbia, SC 29204.  This community consists of 2 bedroom units.

Applications for each property will be available at 9:00 am on Monday, July 26, 2021 by clicking here.

Up to 200 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait lists for Maybelle Court and Heyward Street.

Up to 500 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait lists for Lorick Place, Village at River's Edge, & Four Seasons.
