Columbia Housing Authority has completed its Comprehensive Agency Plan for 2019-2020

The Plan is available for a 2nd public review at the following locations:

Columbia Housing Authority Central Office
CHA website: www.columbiahousingsc.org
Richland County Public Libraries (Main and Edgewood Branches)

The policies governing Admissions and Continued Occupancy (ACOP) and the Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan have been revised and are available for comments until July 27, 2019.

A public hearing to finalize the plan will be held on Tuesday, July 30th at 5:30 pm at Cecil Tillis Center, 211 Simpkins Lane Columbia, SC 29204
