Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

The Columbia Housing Authority of South Carolina (CHASC) is seeking a dynamic and highly-qualified individual to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by maintaining calendars, generating outgoing memos and other forms of correspondence, coordinating out-of-town travel arrangements, as required, and assisting visitors and callers associated with the office of the Chief Operating Officer. This position is a critical role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to be resourceful through multi-tasking and creative thinking.

Desired Education, Background & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing executive-level office support. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
