Columbia Housing will open the Project Based wait list for Lorick Place Apartments on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Wait list to open for Lorick Place Apartments on March 7, 2023

Lorick Place Apartments are located at 3800 West Ave., Columbia, SC 29203. This complex consists of 2 & 3 bedroom units. Single applicants will not be eligible for this property.

Up to 500 eligible applicants will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait list. Applicants that are added to the wait list will be notified within 30 days of the wait list closing.
