CH to Open Public Housing Wait Lists

Columbia Housing will accept online
applications for the following Public Housing properties on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm:

*Oak Read High Rise
*Arrington Manor
**Lewis Scott Court
Cayce Housing

Applications will ONLY be available electronically via the internet. The online application and additional information will be located at:

www.columbiahousingsc.org
Click on "Housing" then Click on "Apply for Housing"

All completed applications will be accepted but only qualifying applicants for each property will be eligible.

*Only applicants 62 years of age and older will be eligible for Oak Read.

** Only applicants 50 years of age and older will be eligible for Arrington Manor.

***CH is only accepting qualified applicants for 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units in this community.

Up to 250 eligible applicants per property will be randomly selected using a computer generated lottery system for placement on the wait list.
